I really hope they will put a new game mode like a conquest mode,i’m so tired of the same 1v1,2v2,3v3 and 5v5 arenas,guild vs guild and so on.

Rollin in monhey anet should put some resources in pvp.

Dude,they don’t give a duck,really…let your hopes go away,they have never cared pvp lol and they won’t.
2 years that ppl say the same things,no new game modes,the class balance is a duck in the @$$ and bla bla,nothing changed because they don’t care

destiny multiplayer is pretty fun.

But ya, unless more frequent updates or automated tournies start happening the scene is going to continue to stagnate. I just want pvpers to be the kings of the game like in gw1, if you were good at pvp you had all the money and everyone else had to work for it instead of having fun killing people :?

Then again their decisions to make this a skin based game with the only way of getting the new skins by paying 800 gems completely ruins any feeling of accomplishment which really wrecks the aesthetic because anyone can get it easily. What we need is rating based skins with pve equivalents being unlocked through actually challenging pve content. But since this game is doomed to be farmville wars 2 that will never happen :/

Pretty much. I think it has become apparent that devs aren’t going to put in the work that needs to be done. sPvP really did have a lot of potential, but it has been well and truly squandered in Anet’s obsession with PvE. Now it’s just a question of how long until the ‘next game’ comes out.

It’s sad that this is the competitive legacy of the great GW1. Exclusive PvP content would definitely be a step in the right direction, but at this point it would just be a band-aid improvement. Market share has already been damaged by the non-existent schedule of improvements. All I can reasonably foresee is a downward spiral.
