Game balance was destroyed.
Now theres a need for DR on CC’s, not even stability and stun breakers can save you, there are just too many CCs.
Disagree. Try WoW if you think there are too many CCs. GW2 has minimal amounts by comparison and I spend the majority of my time in control of my character.
Also condition builds seems to be the new boom of the month, they are getting way too strong, too many conditions to the already nerfed condition removal for most of the classes (except warrior?).
Necros finally received some much needed love. Once they die down as the new FOTM and the excitement wears off you will see less conditions. Many Mesmers are also playing condition builds now I suspect. Be patient. They’re not too strong and they’re not out of hand. They’re just more common for the moment.
Balance overall was waay better before than after the patch.
No it was not. I point you to BM Rangers (spam 1 to win) and certain Mesmer builds (as a Mesmer player myself). Balance is now much better in my opinion.
The meta needs to adapt to the changes. We won’t know if the game is balanced until then.

Agree, it is hard to jugde so much changes in 2 days. Most of ppl are annoyd by necro – since most of players dont know how to counter them (i dont think necro is OP, it is in good state), as before necro wasn’t a problem at all for most.
I think this patch did better balance (till what i saw till now).
If you want to speak about total disbalance, look at thous times when Ele was immortal.
