Have lost pretty much 90% games after I hit legendaryX2.

Almost every other game, there is one or more ESL players on the opposing side. Not even once, I have an ESL player on my side. All the lost games are like complete blow out of 500-below 200.

If you think games in diamond and ruby are bad, you will have your eyes open in legendary. Most of my friends quit after hitting legendary because it is pretty much same story for all us casual players.

Do you play Mesmer much? I noticed the majority of your losses there are on Mesmer. Which class do you usually play?

I would happy enough to win just a few or maybe just a few close contests.

The problem now is that I lose them all and they are not even close. I get really difficult opponents. Yesterday the guy in top 3 in the rank board was against me 3 times in a row.
And also have to keep facing PZ guys, sunfish, ostricheggz etc.

Maybe it is time to stop playing ranked and go back in unranked or improve my mechanics by dueling….

Yeah, I’m not sure what to suggest, apart from getting a group together. Or you could just accept where you’ve got to and play Unranked. I mean you’ve achieved a good goal. Be proud you got up there

I have been stuck in tier 4 saphire for a week now. It is impossible for me to get to tier 5, every time I am 1 win away from getting there, I get teamed up against the most insane players ever and my team barely gets 100 points.
I have played at least 50 games now and still haven’t won just 3 times in a row.

If I don’t get to tier 5 before the season ends then I will not spend money on this game for the rest of the year. I have not been this frustrated in a long time.

Let me get this straight, you’re blaming the GAME for not being able to get out of sapphire, despite being a division that has tier locking as well as the fact that none of the good players are still in sapphire so you should have easy matches?

Not blaming the game, just saying that I won’t spend money on a game that makes me frustrated.

I have also experienced huge loss streaks in legendary x2, however they are always followed by huge win streaks. I have noticed that since I got to prestige 2, I have had runs of 15/20 losses followed by 15/20 wins. I no longer experience win/loss/win/loss streaks so I am wondering if you are in the same situation as me, OP.
My loss streaks are also caused by being constantly matched against high level pro league players and my win streaks are caused by me being on the same team as these players because there is usually at least 1 pro league player in every 2 games I play. It is just getting lucky/unlucky with who you have on your team.

I sometimes see big blowouts like that in Ruby. I can’t imagine what skilled freaks of nature could cause that big of a blowout against people good enough to reach legendary where even a 50 point difference* between winner and loser is a big deal.

*Unless it’s Foefire and someone gets Lord then a big spread doesn’t count as much since you could be 450-600 and Lord dies when both are at 450.
