If a person receives 6 stacks of burns, why should these sigils remove or transfer 2 stacks of bleeds instead? They should work on intensity rather than last proc’d condition.

Also i think the condi transfer damage on these sigils should be based off of the initial user rather than the person who transfers it. It doesn’t make sense for a non condi user to get effected by his own conditions only for it to deal 3x more damage.

That sigil set is pretty good for condition pressure relieving, just because even if you don’t remove the right condition, it removes the condi cover for your controled condition cleanse. I’d be up for the removal/transfer to be based on intensity, Generosity Sigil transfer is great for what it does and should be kept as is unless there’s a bug where it’s adding the sigil owner’s condi damage on top of your own, then that needs to be fixed. Though there’s nothing more satisfying than giving someone back their 18 stacks of confusion or burning, watching them melt themselves.

Removes counterplay so probably not the best idea. Cover conditions are what help make burst condi builds effective. If you blow all your cds to get your big damage conditions up like Burning/Torment/Confusion then pile on bleeds/poison/etc to protect it, you shouldn’t be punished by having your dps destroyed because the other person wasn’t fast enough to cleanse the important things.

Condi transfers use the sender’s stats because otherwise it would probably have weird interactions with Might on the original person and potentially with PvE bosses that apply hard hitting conditions. At least that’s my guess. It’s a double edged sword honestly. It makes transfers more powerful for condi builds, but weaker for Power builds, which makes sense. Thematically, you could say the conditions get stronger because you’re channeling your own power through them in order to send them back.

power builds that use Generosity/purity generaly use them for the condi clear and not really for the damage of the transfer. It follows the right theme .. I think if power buidls got to benefit form the enemies condi damage that would make their burst that much more burstier.

Generosity should be able to read your mind and cleanse the condition that is making you think to yourself, “Hey I hope this condition gets cleansed off me before I die!”
