Just think as the “play now” button as a “duel now” button

Because “duels” on a PVP map are stupid as a little kitten, I just mow down the duelers and cap points. I’ll win the match, leave the server and join another one, hopefully with competitive players and not immature size-measuring slogs.

Yes because zones like Fireheart Rise, and Brisban Wildlands are just overflowing with players so we couldn’t possible allow people to enjoy the world and duel in exotic locations /sarcasm =P

Really, when dueling is implemented it needs to be done in the outside world, not only will the world actually get more use out of it- and unique duel spots be found (I can see the pit in Gendarran Fields being popular) -but it also allows for a huge amount of location variability rather than being confined to the mists.

I think I’d be content if the “Play Now” button stopped putting me into a 1v1 in progress.

That way, all the “duelists” could duel and I wouldn’t even have to be aware of it.

Maybe an exception in the match-join algorithm that prioritizes other servers over the “2/16” ones?

Bumped, due to 8v8 being terrible and 5v5 the only option for people wanting to run “non-viable” builds in a ‘potentially’ competitive setting or to test new builds, and still be casual at the same time.

Get the custom servers out already, the fan base was asking for this pre-BETA.

why not take some player surveys and see what we want? Perhaps how your players prioritize things mattered?
