“I entered a solo PvP match tonight and saw something very strange – someone decked out in full Glorious Hero (not just Glorious) armor. Take a look:

My understanding is that the only current way to obtain pieces Glorious Hero armor is to place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in the Tournament of Glory – and even then, the top prize is only 3 out of 6 pieces, and this guy was using all 6 pieces. The Finals for the Tournament of Glory haven’t even happened yet. Is there another way to obtain this armor that I don’t know about, or is something weird going on?
I know it’s not just Glorious Armor from the standard PVP Track because the Glorious Hero armor has distinct blue markings that cannot be dyed on the standard Glorious set; you can compare yourself with the Glorious Hero Armor item codes here and the standard Glorious Armor codes here.”

Speaking about elementalist, zoose, phantaram and danshee i think they got the light armor version for second and first place at gamescom.

Probably a full set.

Why does the winning team only get three pieces? How does that make any sense Anet. I can understand 2nd and 3rd place not getting a full set, however first place should.

The All Star Tournament at Gamescom gave out a full armor set to the NA and EU teams. That includes Phantaram, Zombify, Zoose, Supcutie, and Kaypud for NA and Helseth, Denshee, Tage, Sizer, and Rom for EU.
