I’ve got some glory stockpiled up, and I don’t want to spend it until know what will happen after the update, can we get some clarification on this? Will there be a new item like the presents to buy or be removed entirely?

they will inform us in advance before they remove glory for good.

i dun think it will be removed on 21st jan though.

I hope they give us something for glory boosters. I have more than I can possibly use.

i think they said it a few times that we are not getting any replacements for the glory boosters. if anything, they told us to use up our glory boosters.

Easy fix: Allow us to trade in glory boosters for other boosters based on the value. For example, a glory booster is 75 gems. If I want an experience booster, which costs 150 gems, I’d have to trade in 2 glory boosters.

i suggested that earlier but no, they told us to use up our glory booster.

i guess we should play more sPvP until we use up our glory boosters.

i think black lion chests should stop offering pvp glory booster since glory will be removed in the future.

In the interviews of the Jan 21 patch, ANet said they’re changing the patch roll-outs a bit. Living story stays at the current pace, but “game mechanics” changes will come out on a much longer cycle. Currently those are set for Jan 21 and the next is March 4.

I expect at least a two week warning that will probably come in a blog post about the phase 2 PvP reward system.
