So, I have a conundrum. I just hit rank 30 and I have about 60k glory. I would normally think that I should buy 50 or so gold chests, but Jonathan Sharp made a comment during his stream on guru that makes me think I should hold on to it. He said they are looking at letting glory be used for outside of the Mist. Do you think that change is probably so far away that I would be silly to hold on to the glory or do you think I should be banking it?

Just comes down to how important the items you want are to you.

It’s not worth to save glory, at least not that much. Four days ago i spent all my glory for chests, today i already have 20k. So it’s up to you ofc, but you earn glory in an instant. Now that you get a glory booster everyday, you can collect glory ridiculously fast.

getting items in PvE is already quite easy, you can get full rare equip for quite small amount of gold… exotics then from so many other sources… karma, wvw badge, dungeons, crafting…

and difference between rares and exotics isnt that big, so you can do “anything” even without full exotic equip…

so i suggest you to spend some glory on chests to get rank tokens and some nice items (wolf items are very nice at least in light armor category) and then wait
