When you press “H” and bring up hero menu,
isn’t it supposed to be under the achievements tab?

The button has completely disappeared for me.

Anybody know why? I’d really like to do more structured PVP.

It’s now in the top set of your icons. Top part of your screen it’s the crossed swords button.

They moved the button up to the top of the screen.

We REALLY NEED keybind for sPvP panel
