The action begins February 4th at 19:00 CET/1:00pm EST, with the European Monthly Final. Then prepare yourself for the North American final, which will kick off around 01:00 CET/7:00pm EST.

Well abjured can’t compete in the EU finals…. the other games matter for prizes. It’s possible that for now no one is going to beat abjured regardless of meta just due to the skill level of the team. Would be cool to see them try something crazy though.

Well abjured can’t compete in the EU finals…. the other games matter for prizes. It’s possible that for now no one is going to beat abjured regardless of meta just due to the skill level of the team. Would be cool to see them try something crazy though.

See those guys on the NA wall in heart of the mist from 2013 none of them are from Abjured, but gotta nowhere, Abjured came… saw and spanked them out of 1st place for NA. Those players on the wall for 2013, no chance in hell coming back. I mean Abjured just too good for them. Those players skill ceiling has already been reached, Abjured skill ceiling, through the roof, cant mess with that.

Think I know why they don’t post scoreboard on the big money match. Its nothing but a spanking and they don’t want to show the team going against Abjured getting there kitten spanked.

It’s the players themselves that upload the screenshots to comply with ESL rules, and often it’s hard to clear your mind and remember a dumb screenshot when you’ve just won an exciting match 5 seconds ago.

I’m the guy who always does the screenshots, and I couldn’t make it this Sunday. It’s literally the only time there won’t be screenshots uploaded. Haha… peace and calm. We’re players, not robots.

The new incarnation of DoD or now Hail Mary or w/e their name is didn’t do too shabby against Abjured. Probably could’ve won the Foefire round off them but threw. Granted Abjured was playing with Bkpk instead of Chaith. Not to bash on Bkpk there, but I’d guess there’s more cohesion with Chaith.

Abjured can be beaten. I think that if people figure out abjured’s strats, which is rush far every game, they could be countered. I also think a mes/thief comp will be the only comp to beat them, and NA isn’t exactly full of mes/thief comps right now. EU is running a TON of mes/thief comps right now so I think they have a good chance. After all, if abjured plays a 3 point game, what better comp is there then to have a 2 man death squad that can kill any d/d ele or cele engi in seconds and can be anywhere on the map due to thief mobility and portal?

ellusive doesnt come very close

From what I’ve seen, ellusive always does what abjured wants them to because they always fight abjured’s 4 man squad at their home instead of just 4 man rushing abjured’s home. I haven’t seen a team try what abjured does except for DoD, and DoD can trade rounds with them.

Double elimination for finals would be nice.

Though I’d like the NA scene to be more competitive, I don’t mind the predictability. I mean, the finals happen too late for me to watch them anyway and this way I don’t feel like I’m missing out on much (please prove me wrong, teams).

Frae and the poser with the pokemon names are in Orange Logo. The rest of Cheese Mode either wasn’t 18 or wasn’t from EU so they couldn’t have played as Cheese Mode in WTS.

He does or did at least. Last time I’ve seen him he was on the team Literally Whatever.

The competition is getting more fierce! Looks like Abjured has a target on their backs and it keeps getting bigger! LOL! Can I just say one thing which has been bugging me for a while. WTS passed can ANET do something about the Wall of Champions…… That is supposed to show the greatest players from the mist it should be a central piece in the mist and its put in a small corner… I say make a bigger statue or a statue with 5 sculptures SMACK in the middle of the mist.

When he does get on good teams… He wins WTS.

If OEggs wasn’t in Abjured during WTS, TCG would have won.

Abjured realized that how much was at stake and they got rid of weak link for a strong link like OEggs.
