With no New game modes coming in January 2014 no rewards coming in December / February and No balance patch coming in March [CM] have decided enough is enough.

Anets lack of updates in pvp means that it is no longer possible to motivate a team to play with no rewards, goals and no new content to look forward to. [CM] is not the first team to stop playing Gw2 due to lack of updates in Spvp and I wonder how long will it be before the rest of the ‘higher’ tier teams will follow?

Anet have created an extremely great game with so much potential but all of it recently is ruined by keeping secrets. Why can’t you just tell us what we are getting and when so that we all aren’t just wasting our time on hoping and not receiving?

I quit like… A month ago, Team High Warlord Sikari, me and my 5 minions of fury… still mess with the GW2 forums while I wait for Wildstar to come out, and hope it’s got decent updates and balance. Only time will tell, not getting my hope up but still pretty stoked.

So u basically changing 1 game broken by ncsoft on another game by ncsoft? Is it wise?

Even if wildstar was released in it’s current state and never got a update, it has far more pvp content than gw2 and a better proffession balance.

I remember this same line before guild wars 2 was released. I wonder how true that would be in the long run.

Trust me. Lvl 50 in current WS beta and 2k+ hours in gw2. WS has much more content

Your comment seems more like you want a change after playing the same game for 2000+ hours. It is not really a fair comparison because you don’t have an extended amount of time with WS, the comment you are making is no different from same kitten people have been making about new MMORPGs since 2006. read my sig, it is based on watching mmo players before and after release from games since 2006.

In any case, I have was/am in the wildstar better I wasn’t feeling it so I move on and the fact that you need PvP gear to have a chance also says a lot more. Been there with aion, done that and it isn’t fun.

Saying I should trust you isn’t going to make me trust you. Trust me, invest in blockbuster is going to make a comeback.

I’m saying that wildstar at the moment has far more content than GW2 has. I’ve played this content and it exists. And that’s a fact.

I will admit you are right, i misread it.

This is a digression has no point relevant to gw2.
But please, PvP gearing in aion was not easy by any stretch of the imagination. maybe it got easier after 2.6, but please PvP gearing was not easy. Having to hide as governor.

Aion was hard as kitten in comparison

Obviously any western made game is infinitely better than aion, but I have played wildstar, so I know a thing or two about the game.

Players who are really into tpvp and matches would know that anyway.

I don’t think they want the playerbase to know they’re leaving. They rather want to show they’re leaving because ArenaNet still doen’t give a kitten about sPvP (kind of a cry of frustration). It’s most likely adressed to A-Net i guess.

Some of the responses in this thread are pathetic.

It’s sad to see you guys disbanding. I hope the game does reach it’s potential one day and you all come back to hear the same players screaming “LOL ATTENTION SEEKERS ARE BACK. NO SURPRISE THERE”.

I played with one of you on solo queue yesterday – I hope you’ll still occasionally pop your heads in even if you stop competing as a team! Who knows, things might get better… :p
