0-3 in placements so far and the matches make me feel like kitten.. should really deinstall

Two possibilities. Either you are bronze skill wise or the things you think carry in bronze don’t actually carry in bronze.
Think of it this way. If you are the high MMR on your team and you are fighting 1v3 but your team is losing on the rest of the map…then you aren’t fighting the right people. Someone you aren’t fighting has a much higher MMR and you stomping his teams low MMR players isn’t helping because he can beat your team.
Let your team fight the ones you are beating up and go after the one or two beating your team.
Or you could be outmatched by the other team and it will settle down as people climb out of bronze.
Played 5 placement matches today. Feels just like Unranked in terms of MM volatility. Won twice in two massive steamrolls, lost three times in three massive steamrolls. It really does feel like all of the good players always get put on the same team and the other just had no chance to begin with.
Anyway, I’m only really in this to grind for those Ascended shards. :P Over the coming weeks I’ll be mainly keeping an eye out to see if the increased rewards are enough sweetener to entice the masses back into PvP, or whether they still haven’t forgiven ANet for the unwarranted sledgehammer they took to rewards in Season 6.
Seems alright so far for me other than the occasional… i mean very common afker, leaver, troll & map glitches here & there.
problem is i get ptsd flashbacks from s5 where i placed in bronze 1 after getting 1-9 placements.. i got close to plat in the end but i only continued playing cause i wanted the ascension.. not gonna happen this time if i end up in bronze again lmao
