Gw3 will offer following new updates:
-Thief initiative nerf – Damage will be the same, but 1 v 1 abilities will be limited, due to low initiative, so the role of mesmer thief roaming will be more skill-based
-Engis wont be the overall best class anymore, with higher recharge on heal, shield block, slick shoes, and overall CC’s. Condi pressure + removal + team support will remain the same, just with a slight nerf.
-Elementalists won’t offer overpowered disengageabilities and bunkerbilities during a game. Elementalist will become a hybrid class with spikes and low defensive, but strong defensive abilities.
- Warriors will support at only 400 range, which limit the player to think team wise. Also due to warriors meat shield role, warriors will take 30% extra healing in combat with more than 1 player included, HOWEVER, warriors can’t heal eachother more than 30%, this will avoid stacking warriors for team fights

-Mesmer will get lower damage, when fire and air sigils get removed, or damage cd limited to 30 seconds, which makes it, with the thief a spike class that can’t recharge. Mesmer will also have more realistic clones, and the abilitity to Powerblock, and make interupted skills unuseable. Sustain will maintain the same, but the damage will be nerfed. Time warp, will again have a 100% attack speed, and moa will be removed.
This will make mesmer a team orientated class, that can spike hard with thieves.

All the new updates combined will balance the classes. The nerfs of one class improves the others.
