I think guild rankings are badly needed to promote more team play ..

What do you mean by guild rankings? Like ladder rankings within the guild for pvp? Because we already have that.

Do you mean a guild ranking ladder that ranks guilds by their pvp performance? If so, how do you propose they judge which guilds are better? Create a GvG type format?

Agreed. Team/Guild ratings in team-based PvP game would be nice…

PvP leaderboards as they exist today should be for solo queue. A separate team leaderboard should be made for teams/guilds.

Disable “join as group” button. Ladders are now soloqueue.

Make another ladder & npc for team vs team. System should be similar to wow’s
