Hey,

I just want to ask why does Anet allow guilds party and solo players to be matched against each others on the RANKED mode ?
I haven’t seen anything like that in any other game. And the reason is quite simple : it’s unfair.
I mean some teams aren’t better than random players because they are just a bunch of people from same guilds that decide to go on ranked together. But some others are playing often together and use teamspeak which gives them a huge advantages and makes the ladder unbalanced.

So why couldn’t guilds and party with more than two people be separated from random solo player ?

is anet the only company that allows team vs solo?

the fail in their logic is – if they removed soloQ and obviously don’t favor it, why would they even allow you to soloQ in the first place?

I think it makes more sense if they either have a separate Q for it or just disallow it completely

having a wishy washy middle ground just alienates soloQers

They do it so that they can inspire you to create a team and join their esports league. That’s why.

1- there aren’t enough teams to warrant a separate queue.
2- 5 bads that queued together or 5 bads that queue alone. What’s the difference? 5 in a team doesn’t automatically make it an awesome premade.
3- how else do you get the 2 and 3 pip wins?

I agree that all team aren’t good, and that’s what I said earlier. Not all team are better than soloQer because they might just be a bunch of guys from same guild. But if they are used to play together and/or use teamspeak it gives them a HUGE advantage. I mean in soloQ people tend to play differently than in team.
Team people that uses teamspeak can just say, they need help at that point or ask for a rez and get an overall better coordination.

You always have the option of having a public TS and inviting your team to it, or even run with ppl you know and get in TS.
