Guild Wars 2

Hello players and A-neters,

I would like to make a formal request for an organized Team vs. Team PvP option in gw2. After all this is GUILD WARS not Random Wars, we need a better option for guild group vs. guild group… especially if we wish gw2 to be a part of e-sports.

My suggestion is an option to start your own tournament, with control options such as:

>Required average player rank of teams.
>Gold/gem betting to increase pay offs – like if each team puts in 3 gold, winning team takes the pot.
>Options for all available maps – because some of us actually like skyhammer.
>Option to do a tiered tourney where four teams face off in pairs and winning teams fight after that.
>Spectating options for tpvp but block the ability to view weapons/builds,

Now I understand that it would be possible to organize something like this in a custom arena BUT how nice would it be if people could just que up and find themselves in a match with equally skilled enemies and the possibility for player decided bets, etc.

Anyways, that’s my 2 cents.

More like, hop in a 8 man room, in hopes randoms dont come in to interfer with GvG.

This could even be linked to guild events ! 40 man rooms, (20v20) why not?

Oh you have to own the custum arena or have it scheduled at someone elses’, no that’s not how it works at all little feather.

I am suggesting we add more competition to the pvp system by including options that allow us to face equally ranked teams and increase rewards by allowing betting.

Okay You weren’t making sense asking for the addition of features that were already in the game so I guess It was my mistake, please check what’s already in the game before making posts, thank you.

Bro, i have a custom arena. i play group vs. group with my guild. 2vs2 and 1vs1 in there often. But this doesn’t give us the option of fighting OTHER GUILDS without putting in a significant amount of work to find them and get them in there.

P.S. go troll somewhere else, it’s clear you just want to trash talk and try to be right when this is matter of opinion not fact.

edit: In team que tpvp you cannot control the level of players you will be fighting. I donno about you, but i’m tired of stomping pugs and bads… it makes me bored and i can’t imagine it’s fun for the losing team either. There needs to be a better way to chose who you are fighting.
