I’d love to see a replay system implemented! This would allow for in depth game analysis, and allow people like me to break games down and teach others in the community. I think Guild wars 2 would benefit greatly from replays. 
Please give it a thought, or at least a response!

Definitely. At the very least let us spectate tournies in progress.
Evan Lesh replied along the lines of “too technically difficult” so I don’t expect this to ever happen. This is also linked in with the problems with observer mode, and why it is limited to a handful of people.

Since they don’t have the ability to “record” matches, any spectators would have to be actually present in the server to watch the match in real time. That would be bad for tournies because you could “spy” on a team and give info to the other side.
