ive noticed a influx of rage posts blah blah blah my teammates caused me to lose so i am mad….

look i get it it happened to me yesterday…. i had a friend of mine who knows im a better player place higher then me….i believe luck was on his side for the 10 games where the game has no idea where you fit in rating wise…

i know at least 2 placement games i played yesterday i would run from home to mid winning every fight easily only 2 have the 2 other points lost and i lost the game lol it was frustrating HOWEVER we should expect this for placement matches who cares if you get placed low if you truly a good player you will climb your way to your respective division. BUT please let some time go by before we try hang anet!

my only gripe with the new system at this time is i personally would like some sort of pop up feed back returned when you get kills or cap points or etc i know there is the kill feed but its not visually loud enough for what i have been spoiled to expect… i realize you no longer get points per kill or cap but at least maybe have the work kill pop up or something etc… would be nice

the influx of rage is only because people are actually posting again. before the patch, we barely had a handful of new threads a day, now i suppose some people are playing/interested again so they are posting. a win to me

YES, give this thing a chance. As someone who’s played since the first season, this is the most fair system! Don’t quit!

I assume that the frustration must be coming from placement matches. Placement games are just that, placement. They don’t matter as much. Think of them like pre-season or seeds.

The previous league system was a glorified reward track, I’m GLAD to see it gone.

Personally I’ve stayed out of PvP these past two days. I’m not very good, and I want to let as many players that are better than I am get through their placement matches and into higher divisions before I start the season. I figure everyone will be happier that way

I hear ya. I did the same for just the first day. When the season starts, it’s a mess. Everybody wants a piece of the action.
