So, this is my second report for this guy. I already caught him hacking in Season 1 and reported it; looks like anet doesn’t care about these guys.
Second attempt now on the forums, maybe this will do it.

Short Story:
We cleaned up on mid and went to the close-point, this guy was standing there and as soon as I targeted him, he disappeared. To – oh wonder – suddenly contest mid.
There’s no way he could’ve made it this far in this short amount of time. Also there was no mesmer with a portal in his team, as you’ll see in the video.

This crap is getting annoying, I only seen bullkitten like this once in spvp but some wvw borders are just full of it especially during night time.
