There needs to be a way to not group with people who purposely throw matches.
Let’s take for example Molasses Muscles, every time he is in my match he sits just outside of a point and trolls the team the entire match. This is a seriously bad behavior and Anet needs to implement something that can correct it, or deter players from doing it.
Add a function that will remove this player from being grouped with you.
This would have to be implemented so that people didn’t abuse the feature and don’t use it for not playing with people they think suck at PvP.

I had this guy in two matches. It’s just disgusting to meet players like this.

I’ve had that guy on my block list from before HOT lol, always funny to see others complaining about the same people you’ve had bad experiences with as well.

Ironically that player used to be a WvW zergling commander for BG I wonder if he still does or not though it should be noted publically mentioning him by name and the accusation of what he may or may not be doing will likely result in Arena Net Taking down your post for name shaming …even if he does intentionally throws matches Though the thought of him throwing matches isn’t surprising he obviously cant have a zerg of 40+ at his back while he charges the lord on legacy of the foefire but then such are WvW zerglings

Next time yal see him in que you should have some fun with him yelp across the map “STACK FIRE FIELDS ON ME NOW STACK STACK STACK! I NEEED WATER FIELDS NAO!!!!! WHAT WHY ARENT YOU ON TEAM SPEAK YOU FILITHY PUGs”
