It should be adjusted. Devs make changes all the time without thinking about stuff like this unfortunately. Although maybe they think its fine the way it is now but they should say something either way.
Exactly, its a double nerf. By extending the duration (for less net effect than previous mind you) they have extended the debuff.
The solution, would be to reduce the debuff effect to correspond. Frenzy 25% extra damage not 50%. Thief lose 50% endarance not 100 all (though maybe all he has left if he has a bar) and no regen for 2 seconds not 4.
50% incoming heal debuff not 100%.
That would at least make the haste skills still worth taking, somewhat.
Yea, I just logged in and tried to use my personal haste and spammed a few autos and HS’s.
I could barely tell the difference between using it and not using it.
That and my endurance is fubar for a lot longer.
I know rangers are going to have an issue with it too.

If you weren’t actively healing yourself (which is a cognitive choice you actually make, and thus can use it when you’re not under quickness) all you’re doing is stopping your regen for like 5s, and they made it a stunbreak too.
Quickness nerf affects the pet swap patch.
However Zephyr is as I see it a better skill now.
Felt it was stupid from day 1 that it wasn’t a stun break.
