It’s definitely broken beyond all recognition. Be careful that the thread doesn’t get deleted! ArenaNet moderators are deleting threads where people say they don’t like the healing signet.
This one will likely survive because they OP likes it so much he wants every class to have it! :-)

Didn’t they nerf the healing signet of ele’s, because there wasn’t a choice in whether to use the passive or active? Interesting that this has come up again…

Though it isn’t entirely healing signet, it’s also the points invested in their defensive tree with a minimal hit to their offensive output. You can still go zerkers and be tanky and you can go condi and live for far far far too long while wearing people down. Not to mention the stacks of bleeds/duration on pin down and flurry. Not to mention the slow application rate of torment on impale (this is just another level of frustration).
They nerfed everything from ele’s. They nerfed their disengage while warrior’s rush and whirlwind attack and sword leap remained the same, less than 20 sec cd.
Thief can use iniltrator’s arrow even more.
They nerfed ele condi removal but gave warrior 8-10 secs of condi immunity and cleansing ire.
They nerfed the ele’s aura because his chill soft CC and high fury uptimes were somehow wrong, but warrior can chain stun you and now thief with extra ini regen can daze spam your heals more, and both the warrior and thief virtually have much higher fury uptimes, not to mention their base damage on skills were always higher than ele.
40 sec cd on RTL is a joke, as is mist form inability to heal when the warrior with a stance that lasts tripple what mist form lasts can continue attacking and using his heals.
If you focus a Warrior whit that signet and all the build up, you take the same or lesser time to kill it like if you try to kill a Guardian. No more.
If you don’t kill a warrior whit healing signet is because your dps is so low that you can’t kill anithing. Or because you’re not a dps, then you don’t need to kill it, youst survive, because you’re a bunker too.
If you play a condition class (like the 80% of the players) you can yust spam poison and kill it easy.
It take time aniway, because your enemy is a bunker!
If a warrior play that signet is because it’s a full defensive build, and half of it’s traits was spent on only one trait to increase the defence.
If you see a berserker or a hybrid warrior play it… you notice it because it’s death after… 3 seconds?
Whit that signet the warrior has low healt regen than a Guardian.
-Guardian regen:
Passive Virtue+Regen+heal at every buffs+healing Sigils+Rune. And if you active your healing skill you gain 4.5/8.5k of hp.
-Warrior rege:
Passive signet+Regen+Rune. And if you active your healing skill you gain 2k hp and lose a lot of your healing strategy.
That’s the 2 main bunker build of the game. If you pretend to kill them quickly… it’s better that your dps is very very high and full of poisoning skills.
Only class that should have trouble killing a warrior with healing sig is an Ele since they suck.

And with that said even an ele can spec too oneshot a wqrrior.Playesr are to lazy.They want to spec bunker and still kill the only class that was freekill without having to spec dps.They hate that so want it nerfed to freebag again.

The concept of the healing signet is fine. It does need to be changed to scale way better with healing power though. If someone wants to run all zerkers, it should heal for less than today. If someone wants to run all clerics, it should heal for more than today.

The guardian’s heal can be interrupted.
If my ele could sustain the damage of a warrior, have 2 immunity skills, low cd stability and condi clears with 17-18k hp and critting people for 4k event at like 1800 toughness, and have guardian regen, I’d play him too.

And you have to use a skill if u want to get healed with ele heal signet , when warrioirs can just afk and still get ticks.

I find it interesting because they continue to make the same mistakes when introducing new things. Hey, we made a mistake with eles, let’s go ahead and repeat that with warriors.
its a well known fact that devs all play warriors , why wuld they nerf their favorite class and make it hard to play ?
Playing with 1 hand and destroying every other class is so cool :o)
