Guild Wars 2

I understand, kind of, the logic of redirecting everyone to Heart of the Mists to wait for matches, but could you maybe create more to do there? Some suggestions:
- Mystic Forge
- Crafting Stations
- Some of form of challenges to do while waiting

If not, I wouldn’t mind at all if I could farm Silverwastes while I waited.

before the update I could Queue up and do some crafting or exploring while waiting for a match, now I need to wait, sometimes up to 45 minutes, staring at my computer and doing NOTHING for a whole 45 minutes.
If queues are more than 5 minutes now, i don’t even bother queuing.

Standing in HotM is boring

if they dont fix this they ARE going to lose alot of players.
the only sensible reason i can see with this is to stop players from hitting cancel instead of accept when they are in the middle of doing something else. which honestly is fine if you get people hitting cancel. all they would have to do is keep everyone that didnt hit cancel together and find another player or two to get it going.

or how about putting in an epic jumping puzzle or something? and making it so when you finish a match you are ported back to where you were and not at the gate.

i dont mind being int he hotm aswell.. but i hate how ugly it looks.

Waiting without doing anything is just boring. And boring is one of the worst descriptions for a game.
And, since people doesn’t like boredom, they don’t queue, so queues become longer, so more people could avoid them, so they could even become longer so… It’s really a worrying scenario.

Guild banks too plz

Just show this annoying match ready window outside the hotm and problem solved.
If you are not able to pop up this window in some situations e.g. personal story, so than make an option to choose whether player want queue only from hotm or not. If not ,player understand and agree that in some cases can be punished by temporary pvp ban for abandoning the match. AND THAT’S IT…
Otherwise you have much more work to do to get people interested in hanging out in hotm. I personally just stoped to play pvp in very late hours due to long queues. Before i could jump to wvw and flip some camps, so queue wasn’t a problem.

Fractal portal and dungeon vendors too plz. Why should I have to go to LA if everything is going to be in the mist.

Guys, just think about the hundreds of pvp queues you’ve missed due to load screens!
