You can’t “break out” of it, all you can is LoS (Line of Sight), by using the Moa skills to put distance between you and the enemy Mes and/or team, until Moa wears off.

moa skill 5 is long evade with mobility..use it..

Hello, unfortunetly you have encountered one of the worst designed skills in the game with no counter. You cannot break out of it. the reason you might feel some durations are longer is because engineers can moa you for a shorter duration than mesmers can.

Dodge (it has an easy to tell wind up), blind, block… yep, no counter.

If you do get transformed into a moa, use skill 5, followed by skill 2 and you can also dodge.
