I have cleared all of the stuck matches. This will fix the infinite wait for queue pop issue. If you get an error message that says you are already in a match this generally can be fixed by logging out for 10 mins.
I am verifying that everyone that posted in this thread are unstuck as well.

I came across the same problem. First stuck on a pvp map, followed by infinite queue. Would appreciate some help with it. There is also another ongoing thread about the same problem.
