edit: Mtns.2658 game crash, character stuck after pvp match.

client crashes after spvp match and character gets stuck for short duration in game world. Is this fixed? Mtns.2658 <— is getting stuck after every match.

Im stuck in an arena even though im not in the map. The game ended about an hour ago right before a new build was released. Please help. EmeraldGreenz.5013

I logged out and back in a few times before reading this .. it says i’m still in my game and now I’m getting Code 19.9.19.1715.101 I redid my firewall completely. GW2 Chat Client has full permission BrightStarFire.4985 or the character I’m using is Kenwyn Starsong

followed these instructions from support email:

First,

Hold down the Windows button on the keyboard and hit the “R” key.
Paste in the following line: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
Click “OK.”
Delete the local.dat file located here.
Next,

Navigate to your Guild Wars 2 installation folder.
Right-click on “GW2.exe” and select “Create Shortcut.”
Rename this shortcut to “Guild Wars 2 Repair.”
Right-click on this shortcut and select “Properties.”
Edit the “Target” line to include -repair at the end. Note: Please make sure -repair is outside of the quotes -- Correctly Formatted Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe” -repair -- Incorrectly Formatted Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe -repair”
Once completed, click “Ok” to save your changes. If you get an error trying to save, your target line may not have the correct format. Please try Step 5 again.
Right-click “Guild Wars 2 Repair” and select “Run as Administrator.”
Allow the repair to run and once completed, right-click" “GW2.exe” or your Guild Wars 2 Shortcut and select “Run as Administrator.”

Once completed, please try starting Guild Wars 2 again. Please let us know the results of this test at your earliest convenience.

Stuck in Queue.

“match in progress” can’t join queue

My group is stuck in match at the moment. Can’t leave even though the game ended.

Someone just figured out that exiting the game completely fixed the bug. We are free of the match now.

I’m stuck and now I can’t log into the launcher.

sort of stuck. i can’t queue at all. says “match has ended” at the top of the screen. tried relogging. giving up now, tired of trying

I can play hotjoin, but otherwise I’m unable to queue for unranked or ranked games (“match has ended”)

I am stuck not being able to join the ranked match que I have only been dishonored for not readying up once or twice and have never left a match usually solo que. Please fix this issue. I have been kicked for being inactive in the Winters Day (toy apocalypse ) event which I hope does not get counted towards the dishonor system.
