Stuck in beta Coliseum map last weekend. Unable to que or teleport to Heart of the Mists. Submitted customer support ticket #2399001, but nobody bothered to answer.
Every logon in game pops a notice that game client was unable to connect with login server. After the issue where I’ve been looped between Mists and Coliseum I just closed client. Now it looks like on the screen, cannot access PvP, while PvE was working somehow.

PS: your customer support is a joke.

There is also a weird error that is quite new. I attached it.

im cant enter the pvp anymore.
and always when i lock out or change my charackter says i will get dishonored for 23 min…

I am not sure if this is related, but I cannot enter pvp anymore. The loading screen runs for a long time and then it says “Unable to access login server” But I can go into pve and wvw so that is why I thought it was pvp related. Can you unstick me? or point me in the right direction?

So ive got stuck in match yesterday and after logging out for the night i was back in mists again. The problem is that the queue is ignoring my apply and lasts forever. I would appreciate any help with that

Yes during around 2h i couldnt enter even once. Something is wrong definitely.

The patch got me out of the match, but I can’t requeue. Please fix this.

Hi Ray. The new build seems to have kicked us out, although now I can’t enter any other Unranked/Ranked PvP match. It says that a match is in progress. I can still enter Custom arenas via the server selection list. Just some more info for you to help troubleshooting.

It seems that now I’ve been hit with the same issue that Benawi and Globsb reported earlier. I can enter the queue, but it never seems to pop. Been waiting for over 7 mins now.
