Guild Wars 2

I was checking the leaderboards for fun on the website. Im a lil unsure of a part of it. When i look up my name (when i sign in) it says my name and how many wins and losses and my winning percentage. but on the very left hand side, theres a tab that says RANK… Mine says 70%… What does that mean? (im certainly not number 70th) on the ranking board

You’re ranked better than 70% of all the players who have played at least 10 tournament games.
