1, Shadowstep no longer removes any condis

2, Open portal has a 1.5s cast – this makes it still good but now it fits its role as a team utility skill

3, Blurred frenzy cool down increased by 5 seconds

4, Continuum split on mesmer no longer resets elites

While I believe Double Moa should be removed, other ones would require some further adjustments to control effects.

1 No deathsrhoud or Reapershroud on necros anymore

2 Consume conditions doesn’t consume conditions anymore but still stacks 25 stacks of all conditions on the player even non intensity stacking conditions become intensity stacking conditions on top of having a 100 percent duraction increase so yeah 25 stacks of chill. Each stack doubles the effect and duration of said condition.

3 Plague signet’s passive absorbs all conditions on from both the players allies and opponents and changes it into super agony. If the user decides to send the uncleansable super agony back to his opponents it sends an automatic 29 k heal on all allies regardless of thier position on the map with 25 stacks of protection, regen, resistance, swiftness,vigor and alarcity. each stack doubles the boons effect

4 Soul marks generate 100 percent class specfi energy for the enemies team that stand on it. all damage and condi damage is reduced by 99 percent

5 Scepter AA 3rd attack will cleanse a condition on the target

1. Increase Shroud CD to 15 to align it with Berzerk and Pet Switch, no longer triggering pickier players.

2. Increase Shroud drain to 15%/sec to promote tactical shroud usage. Exiting shroud will now stun you for 3 seconds, giving you time to drink in your edginess.

3. Corrupt Boon is now a skill shot with a 1.5 sec cast time and 450 range to make it more in line with the rest of the Necro’s skills.

4. Consume Conditions will now have a 360 radius glow. The Necro casting the heal will yell “INTERRUPT ME!” to deny the enemy the chance to take credit.

5. Remove another stack of bleed from Scepter and Staff.

2, Portal – infinite duration & range
3, Blurred frenzy – stacks might with each successful hit
4, Continuum split – increased duration to 3 sec reduced cooldown to 90 sec
5, Headshot – costs 5 ini unloading 4 x dazing shots returning 1 ini if all shots hit

1, Everytime you enter deathshroud you get 30 min dishonor, stacks in duration. The other professions don’t have a second life bar, so you have to play it fair.

2, When you go downstate as a necro, you get insta perma ban. If you die on necro, you’re breaking the immersion of the other players, that is not allowed.

3, Everytime you want to use your heal skill as a necro, you need to perform a 20min ritual.

4, Buff shatterstone’s damage by 5%

Sure, if you also reduce the CD to 75sec base and decrease the base CD on TW to 100 seconds and the base CD on Moa to 120 seconds.

This game is too unforgiving for an Ele so I propose that Eles gain obsidian flesh when dropped below 25% hp on an inherent 3 second
cooldown.

Seems legit.

I will add more.

Thief

- Set Stealth duration to max 1 second.
- Reduce Max Endruance to 50.
- Remove finisher from elite.
- Add 15 second cooldown to shortbow 5th skill.

Mesmer

- Set Illusion limit to 1.
- Set Moa cast time to 3 second.
- Reduce Portal range to 666.
- Replace confusion from skills with chill.

1. To increase the skill shot feel and play of DH traps, all traps now have a 33% chance on hit to place an additional trap. No internal cooldown.
2. Engineer trait line has been streamlined and now has a better purity of purpose. Engineer now has a single trait in pvp called Face Tank which collects all previous defensive traits. The pvp build window has been reworked such that Face Tank is the only trait selectable for Engineer in pvp. Bonus: taking a hit from the front reduces all defensive cds by 33%.
3. Impacting Disruption has been reworked to increase the lethality and speed of combat. If the target is moving, turning or using a skill an additional a new application of Impacting Disruption will be applied. No ICD. If the target is standing still when the Pulmonary Impact hits, 33% chance to apply a new application of Impacting Disruption.
4. Blurred Frenzy has been reworked to make it more consistent with shield. Evading with Blurred Frenzy now provides an additional cast of Blurred Frenzy. Each hit with BF reduces the cd by 5%. Skill no longer roots player during cast.
5. Healing on Medkit Med Blaster increased by 3%. After cast increased by 0.13s. Fixed a typo where Garbage was listed as Medkit.

Now available in the gem store HoT++ Deluxe Ultra Collectors Supreme Pack – includes a glider skin, 3 dyes and a 4th trait line for your character (usable in pvp only)

Thief changes:
-Shadowstep and Shadow Return no longer removes conditions, instead the thief gain 5 second of superspeed on each usage.
-Fist Flurry now interrupt on each strike, changed Palm Strike to apply 1 stack of Pulmonary Impact for each connected Fist Flurry’kitten.
Now the thief can yell Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru while casting Fist Flurry.
-Escapist’s Ablosultion merged with Pulmonary impact to cleanse 1 condition on every interrupt. The new trait it’s now called Like a Shadow.
-New Daredevil’s trait “Like a Shadow”: Cleanse 3 condition and gain 1 second of blur every time you use a teleport skill.

Mesmer’s Change:
-Portal Entre casting time setted to 1,5 seconds.
To balance the new casting time the mesmer now can select where to place it by pinging on the minimap while casting it.
-Increased Blurred frenzy cooldown by 5 seconds
-Continuum Split no longer reset elite skills
-Mimic can now affect profession’s mechanic

Warrior:

1. Adrenal Health—This skill now has added functionality. In addition to the healing per adrenaline bar spent, warrior is now also healed for 1000 HP every time they land an attack.

2. Killshot—-Cast time has been reduced to 0 seconds. Damage has been increased by 200%. Damage increases by another 100% when target is below 99% health. (Cooldown reduced to 1 second)

3. Healing Signet—Passive: Healing increased by 1000 HP.

Headshot now has a 33% chance to bullseye, shooting straight through the eye socket blowing the enemy’s eyeball through the back of their skull. This affect applies blinds and bleeds your foe whilst applying random conditions at 1 second intervals for 5 seconds. Bullseye’s chance is doubled to 66% when interrupting a foe.

1. Remove all passives. Incorporate necessary ones into active skills that use them.
2. Remove tab target – action camera is now default.
3. Increase all classes max endurance and regen by 33%
4. Using a melee weapon automatically grants access to an on demand frontal block that drains endurance while pressed

1. Thief should have only one dodge.
2. Each ability now uses all initiative
3. If Still was dogged thief gets 5sec stun and 30sec reveal
4. If headshot blocked, thief gets PI by him self.
5.Thief can enter stealth once a week.
