Pros can carry bad teammates as long as enemies are also bad. If they are matched with similar skilled people (legendary) they are not supposed to be able to carry every single match unless you manage to hire multiple Pro League players or players of the same skill level, and gl with that

You’ll be scaled up to the highest rated player’s MMR and get way tougher matchups so you’ll likely be the reason why they’ll lose (no offense).
What you want to do is get on Teamspeak with MMR equals.
On one hand you have all the pvp super star constantly harping that when you are good you can carry and you should never blame others.
On the other hand if you play bad and they loose they will sooo tell you how it’s your fault…

on EU there are people offering this, but they use low division, high MMR smurf accounts for easy enemies

Nothing is worth having to deal with baddies in own division.
Depends on your goals within the game. If they only play ranked for the title and play unranked otherwise they dont care if they push baddies to legendary.
Most good people I know stop ranked as soon as they reach legendary because long queue times arent worth it.

from queue times across divisions it seems like a lot of people have stopped playing, it feels like that anyway.

what? matchups don’t take mmr into account. MMR is only used to find your team members. Matchups are random within a range of you tier in your division.
But, of course, if you team up with a legendary player, you will play against legendary players… that’s bad if you want to progress…
