For sPvP, your gear and level doesn’t matter. Just click the ‘PvP Build’ button at the top and select the runes, sigils, build, and stats you want. Stats are based only on your runes, sigils, and amulet chosen on the PvP Build window.
If you don’t have the weapon type you want to equip, you can just buy a white one from the vendors, which works just the same as an exotic/legendary since the actual weapon stats don’t matter.
