Right now? You can’t. Wait until I believe tomorrow when they return the tourney reward chests to normal, at which point you’ll need to win tournaments, salvage the stuff you get from the chests, and use that to craft Arah gear.

Be warned that the recipe for it has a random chance at either Orrian, Inquest, or Guild Armor, so this may take many tries, depending on how much of the set you’re after.
