Everything I looked up says the join option is under the Hero Tab, but the last tab is my achievements for me. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

you “go to heart of the mists” throught the pvp tab at the top left of your screen. its the crossed swords.

it used to be in the hero tab but its not there anymore

also an okay mesmer and trap ranger if needed though
