Guild Wars 2

Hi. I just hit PVP level 20 and became eligible for Ranked games yesterday, so, yes, I am a newbie. However, it always puts me in Stronghold mode. Is there a reason it keeps doing this? Is there a setting I can use to control it?

Right under the Ranked queue button are 2 check boxes for Stronghold and Conquest.

Stronghold is not recommended for new players because right now there are a bunch of try-hards farming it.
