Just trying to understand the condition, on the wiki it says it triggers on skill use but it also triggers on dodges as well so i’m wondering..

• Does confusion triggers for every trait that affect an action, heal on dodge ?

• Does it trigger multiple times while channeling skills ? ei: stomps?

• Does it trigger when you press movement skills ? ( I know it doesn’t but.. i find myself taking confusion damage while simply running )

also, please add anything that triggers that i might be missing thank you.

It trigger every time you attack. If the attack is a channel then it will trigger each channel hit. If your dodge has an effect (heal or damage ect) it will trigger also otherwise it will not.

It doesnt trigger if you move.

If you learn how to trigger it, you’ll learn how to avoid triggering it, and I don’t want you to learn that.

hmm what about passive skills that tick? i assume not though, since it’s “passive” and i’m under the impression that confusion hurts you when you “take action”.

Traits that automatically use a skill when you reach a certain health percentage also trigger confusion. Some skills trigger confusion twice, for example, switching to a kit with the kit refinement trait. Yes, I know that if you’re playing with kit refinement, you’re doing it wrong. I believe attunement changes also trigger confusion twice with the corresponding trait.

Channels should front load the damage. I.e 100 blades hits all the confusion in the front
