Hello. Could you explain how the player selection system works? Feels like the first few matches I get into the team with experienced players and we win, and then there is a series of defeats in the team with players who have neither a title nor a guild and they play as the first time. After 3-5 losses, I again get to experienced players. And these seesaw are too constant to be considered an accident.
  I just can’t believe that these players are of the same level. Is there any MMR in general?

is that a new acct? Your MMR is going to be a little unstable due to no having many matches. Sounds like the rating system is just trying to figure out where you belong. Or it could just be the evil anet devs have conspired wit each other to make sure you never become the pro player you were destined to be. which one seems more likely

If it’s unranked. It will always be a mess. Mostly a losing mess in my case. (Which sucks as I’m doing map achievements)

A combination of new players, trying new builds, and experience players farming other players leaves for lopsided matches.
