An item that takes pvp boxes and churns them into gold.

Soon we will need a wallet for ‘eater’ class items that consume junk. I took them all and threw them out princess etc since I stopped caring about their mediocre drops and my gold supply is fine.

Me! Sick of all those useless boxes and trash items all the time.

we definitely need some way to convert all the useless stuff ANET gives us. The Salvage All option was a great addition. Now a Sell Junk (anywhere) option would be nice too.

The problem with gold, if we get gold, it will speed up the inflation – but if we get stuff (boxes) we have to sell, it doesn’t increase but decrease inflation because there are more goods to buy

I would like if Anet did make it so PvP had less PvE stuff in it. I dont really like opening up all the boxes and salvaging all the stuff. Like its gotten to the point where you just trash or sell everything that comes from the reward tracks.

i’ve gotten 6 ascended armor chests, and 3 ascended weapon chests from pvp boxes. But FAR more times i’ve gotten just junk. I think more options is always a good thing. I personally would choose to keep my boxes as they are for the tiny chance of getting good loot. But I think it’s fair if others are able to convert boxes to gold and give up their chance for loot.

Phanta are you the kind of guy that just throws his dirty clothes on the floor? I’ve seen your inventory, it’s HORRIFYING. Not saying this is a bad idea, but in the meantime please take a trip to the merchant

That item already exists. It’s called a mouse.

Agreed, in years of using eating type devices I have never gotten a valuable drop. I do much better just salvaging and selling.

The loot boxes are meant to mirror doing stuff in WvW or PvE. They get tons of crap loot and bagception too. If you’re going to clean up PvP, clean it up everywhere.
