I haven’t figured out how to deal with warrior/rev defenses yet. Is the counterplay just to pretent like they aren’t in the fight and position yourself away from them to avoid their high dps?
They have lots of invulns, blocks, and of course dodges, but they still have point presence while it’s all going on. So I’m not quite sure what to do vs this.

When I have been playing Rev, the thing I find hardest to cope with is conditions. The meta build has not very much condi clear so after the glint heal is gone you can just condi-bomb the Rev and it is pretty much game over unless the Rev chooses to leave the fight fairly quickly and even if they do leave the fight you get the capture point anyway so that is just as good as actually killing the Rev.
For War you have to force out their endure pains, berserker stance etc.
Because of the current meta, being condi and all, the condi berserker is set up to withstand the brunt of what’s out there. A good power warrior can smash through their defences pretty quick then whittle them down. However I’ve started running Dom/Ill/Chrono on my mes and focusing on stripping all their stability/resistance in team fights (while kiting the worst of it) so that all that CC and condi thrown about by the rest of the team (and myself) can do its job. And it does it super quickly.
Rev falls victim to much the same thing, just gotta keep that team pressure up. But we all know rev OP since inception XD
I 1v1ed a Rev with a bunker DH a week ago. Pretty sure I beat him, at least stood my ground on point for 30+ and maybe someone else came to help finish him. I forget. Either way, they can at least be survived.

First of all, what class do you play for PvP? Ele atleast should be a hard counter for the condi type warrior. I fought a bunker ele with my warrior once and I couldn’t even make a significant dent on him whereas I often destroy other classes. And you shouldn’t have any major issues with revenants either. You will have a hard time trying to kill them but when you rotate your skills good, they can’t kill you either.
With a thief or a guardian you will have little chance of beating either one by yourself. For thieves it is just about how you are supposed to play thief, they are not made for 1v1’s. You can however gank squishy targets with thief really fast, but that’s not really 1v1ing, it’s just ganking.

Except thieves beat rev 1v1 easily after the PS nerf.
I main ele. While the power warrior always was a danger, i now encounter lots of condi warriors and guess what …. Endless fights. Even by not playing meta bunker i use soldier rune with shouts and if i don´t play stupid i survive. The problem is more to bring down the warrior in the 1:1 … Shure i can kite around the point and win after 1-2 minutes but in PvP this usualy is useless … I realy feel the increaded sustian on the warrior also when playing it (My alt if needed or in the mood is power warrior ….)
Revenats are easy prey for me. Just whatch out when he goes to defence and don´t attack, prepare the next burst or set up your own heal/defence at that moment. He only kills you if you never dodge one of his huge hits. A rev striking you per surprise or in a teamfight where you can´t see all or are CC´ed is a killer.
My fastest death is always when a necro hits me with his large boon corupt and a second class like rev bursts me at the same time … I either react perfect or splat …
Most revs I hurt with condi, a well placed CC, and strategic kiting. An ele though should be able to dance around forever with a warrior. Or … just read what Wolfric said above and pretty much agree.
For rev, as an ele… can’t you run that Dagger Focus stun build that messes me up frequently? The CC in that each time they come to attack should be hard to overcome. Plus free lighting whacks and 10% bonus damae from sigils… I think its somethingn like this that gives me no end of trouble as an engi (note I dont have the stab from gyro)
