I’m like little confuse but.. how does one put on the armor that I gather up in my locker?
Do they need the transmogrify stones as well? Sorry little new to this area and would like to change out of these starter armor.

Just double click or drag and drop the armor into the panel to the left. That puts those items into your bag. While in a PvP area, such as the mists, open your character panel and you will have a similar panel that has that armor. Then just line in PvE you equip that armor. Be sure to re-upgrade any items you swap out with new runes and sigils!

Double click on armor you have received to place it in your inventory.

Note that the locker has a slot for every possible piece of armor you can get, in addition to those you already have. If you haven’t gotten a particular piece of PvP armor through playing PvP, you’ll be able to preview it but not actually use it (since you don’t actually have it).
