How unlock Region Tracks?

To unlock the next region track you must first complete the Krytan track.
atm i have only Krytan and i know for perma dungeon tracks i need the story modes
how i can perma unlock the region tracks like maguuma?
plz dont say i have to do all norn, asura, chaar, human, sylvari storys for this^^
