Huge Decrease in Deaths From Burning
Elementalist’s “Ring of Fire” got nerfed.
If you are a player who just runs back and forth through it with wanton abandon, you will get a lot less rekt now, which is nice.
You should still start including cleanse in your builds though, it helps a lot.

you know it’s not like everyone can cleanse conditions 24/7 while just rotating skills like a no brain chinese bot like dd eles do
Some specs have low to no condi cleanse and things named cooldowns that are way longer than condition applying skills from many builds around
And rof istant burn is not even that bad, it’s still one of the best burning applying skills in the game anyway considering it’s aoe, 15 secs cd and fire field where dd monkeys can blast might for the win

Some specs are supposed to be, by design, weaker to conditions that others. A RoF is 2 stacks for 4s on cast and 1 stacks when you run through it.
Who cares about elementalist and burning!? Are people completly blind to the fact that burn guardians can do 75,6 000 burn damage in a matter of secounds + blocks, + invuln + heals???

I definitely am not seeing the same thing as you. Burn damage is still the #1 cause of any death.
I had games vs 3 guards. 25 stacks of burning in like 1 second, cant even heal or hit the condi removal . Insta down, its all good, working as indended.
Even more try some games vs 2 bunkers on condi (warr and necro) Gl killing them and take the points.
Good thing that most ppl want to see some numbers and they go power builds, else the pvp in gw would be full of this kitten condi bunkers. cele ele v2
Conditions in general need a nerf. There is no way u can remove condi at the same rate they are applied. And u cant make that happen, that would make condi builds useless.
But then again u need to boost 1 stat for condi and 3 for power builds.
Something has to be done. Aint fun running around after a headless chicken thats full hp all the time and spams conditions.

You will die to any class that 3v1 you.
They were burn guardians with 4% crit rate… all the damage is from burns.
If your team didn’t help you out, thats a composition issue not a Condition one.
Burn Guardians don’t stack very well because of how easy it is to soft counter them. That said, any poor syncronized team can get destroyed if they don’t have self cleanses or team wide cleanses.

Ive faced 2 of the new guardians with longbow and ive had on me twice 8 stakcs of burning and i was in a circle i couldnt leave without stability.
Im playing ranger so i removed the first stack of 7 quickly. Then he reapplied it in a vortex i couldn’t leave without stability.
These new specs are pretty lame imo. Yeah there fun to play but they dont add change to the old specs. It honestly feels like anet was like what should we do next? I got it, have every class play a completely stronger version of a another class. Seriously at least a d/d ele had to be in 300 range to apply these burns. Arrow guardian naw, Druid does no dmg but he and the other player are immune to dmg if they sit in the cap point. Unless your a thief of course.
I thought the new specs were suppose to add a level of diversity to the current builds but in this beta it is play new spec or die.

That being said, burn guards are indeed very strong against golems, but they are really easy to counter. Try running one and learn the CDs/animations.
