The push for 2v2 arena is very dated now. They had so many great opportunities to add it. It should have been added instead of Stronghold, which is now a huge waste of resources, where as an arena scene could have boosted the ESports scene and players in general, as Arena is hugely popular from WoW, and GW2 has the benefit of not having to grind to stay relevant.

Horrible decisions from ANet, and sadly, it seems like the PvP team is slowly dying off at this point.

I’m still pretty bitter over the lack of 2v2 in HoT since 2v2 tournies were already popular in the community. Completely ignored requests. No one asked for a poorly made moba mode.

Why are you even demanding 2v2 from a company who don’t even care? Better question is why are you even demanding 2v2 pvp arena for this gaming company at all, more so when there is already other non MMO PvP gaming companies that offers this and eSports-like PvP as the main product and not as a side product.

It’s so painfully obvious that if you want balanced, fun, meaningful, and competitive PvP. Then MMOs are not your thing. To simply put it their modern day business model just don’t allow for such things to exist in them. I’m willing to bet Camelot Unchain will follow the same suit as all of the modern day MMOs that released in the past 5 or 6 years.

This is no longer me complaining. This is me trying to inform all of the lost and frustrated souls that are still lingering in GW2 that feel wronged. You simply feel this way because in this case you are being wrong and your intelligence is being heavily insulted, by you own permission.

I’ll even help you out more by posting a few links to what actual fun,competitive, and meaningful PvP looks like. First of when even something as important as you and everybody in match ELO or Ratings are being hiding. It’s to cover up a inherently broken, unfair, and non competitive PvP system that is trying to force people to believe it’s actually fun and competitive.

Now after seeing those examples. Now question why ANet refuse to show something that not only effects MM but also your reward tier in this season.

Again I don’t understand why you people demand things the these people have no care in implementing. Again my opinion is if you are looking for things that ANet has no care of implementing. Then in my honest opinion GW2 or the MMO genre in general is just not for you. You should honestly stop getting frustrated over that which frustration is not even required for. My opinion is to do your self a generous favor and PvP elsewhere.
