Look at other amulets, they are increased by 100~140 point also.
Then 140 point increase in celestial has no difference.
They said they will increase celestial gear but they improved other amulets too.
what is difference then?

The other amulets aren’t increased at all, they’ve been fused with the jewels. Celestial has been increased though.
