The 3 – are partied which means that they can be grouped against a 5 man.
If it was 5 solo Q they cannot be grouped up with a 5 man.

I have seen a duo Q be pitted against a 5 man.

Its stupid not to have a pure Solo Q for those that do want to guarantee solo Q vs solo Q players to avoid these kind of matchups at all.
