Hi all!

I’m a terrible PvP player.

I routinely get on teams with good players and i completely hold them back. I ruin all chances of them winning the match because i am so noob and i have been carried up into their division. This causes them to spin out of control in “MMR Hell”.

Sometimes, when I play a lot, i see people complaining about 40, 50, even 100 loss streaks. I know I am mostly responsible for this and I feel shame.

I just thought i should bring this to everyone’s attention because 99% of what i read in the forums and see in map chat is all elite players complaining that people like me are bringing them down. I only see players getting screwed over by people like me – never anything about a player that maybe needs some skill improvement. I’m pretty sure I am the only bad player in GW2.

The fact that I can single-handedly destroy Season 2 for so many people is alarming. There must be a system problem with the matches that somehow causes all my losses to ripple through the PvP community and affect everyone in the forums and map chat.

I’m sorry.

Now 60 loses in a row, bottom pip in Emerald. To be fair 1 of the last 10 games was winnable, making 2 to 3 over the whole steak.

Classic Example, last game tonight:-

Opposition 1 war 4 necros. Everyone on my team pretty much wipe on first contact. Watching the mini-map the same seems to be happening. Half way thru the game I decide to got far and cap, then mid and cap, then back to far – rest of team is getting hovered at front and close – the war is basically following me from cap to cap, I hide if I see him on the same path as me. I gained 65 points by adopting the `Rabbit` approach.

But here is the joke, one the necros notices that three of my team mates have zero points and offered to by killed. Kudos to them.

Pity Anet can’t display similar virtue.

Second last game tonight one of my teammates commented he had never seen a 500 – 50 score before. Whereas I had seen four in the last 5 games.

So yeah you do start feeling, `Is it me`, but even I couldn`t possibly be this bad.

One thing though, they should do away with individual scoring in ranked matches, just in case I am not the only rabbit in town.

Yeah I purposely lose matches too, it’s fun to see your teammates rage and get upset because they lost 2 pips and got smacked back a tier.

Honestly though until ArenaNet releases the MMR code like every other pro e-sports game their PvP seasons will continue to be a joke.

I really wanted to get that 0 – 500 game few days ago, shame it didn’t happen is my only missing achievment in ranked.

I knew it. I bet you’re the reason I’m ugly. Thanks.
