Alright so I made a team and I filled the roster after like a month and we had our first practice today…. Buuuut we faced a really good team I think they’re called “June” or something the team with Buta and Zoe L and stuff. So we beat them the first game I think the score was 400-500 not too bad, we play them again 2 mkre times and we’re not so lucky we lose both. Thats fine its our first day but the problem is the way that we lost. They were running a thief mesmer comp. Their exact comp was Bunker Guard Warrior(sword bunker res warr) Cele Engi DP Thief and Shatter Mes. My teams comp is SD Thief Mesmer Ele Engi Warrior. The thing is what happened in the games we lost was the thief and mesmer farmed me all game. Im an SD thief, I cant stealth as long as a DP thief and I felt helpless basically because Zoe L would just stealth when I was spotted and then I would have to either leave the fight or just get one shot later. And then if I managed to pressure the DP thief enough he would leave and I would be out of CDs and the mesmer would train me. My question is how could that have been avoided? Should I have stuck closer to my team’s mesmer? Should I just have not rotated into the points with the DP thief and have just had our warrior rotate in leaving me to defend mid point (cuz we had mid cap whole game but we still lost). Should we have just had better 3v3s vs their thief mesmer and just ditched mid? Should my teammates just have peeled for me better?
