I don’t want to queue with afkers.
I don’t want to queue with trashtalkers.
I don’t want to queue with people that are just hoping to get carried.
I don’t want to queue with people that are clearly new to the game mode, and don’t listen to any advice the’re given to.
I don’t want to queue with match throwers (‘BWAAAAAAH, we lost a fight!’ Must mean we are going to lose the whole game, right?).

Please, give us away to avoid these kind of players and some even worse than them.

Join a pvp guild, otherwise you would have 10 hours queues
