devs don’t care they are focused on custom servers

Understanding the logic of anet devs:
1. Players dislikes 4v5 matches because it is imbalanced and will cause them a loss.
2. Losses are disliked because players do not want to have their rank on a leaderboard tanked.
3. Players will begin to avoid these 4v5 matches by grouping with other players.
4. Players in premade groups will improve their ranks by playing on the 5v4 side of a match.
5. Players will begin to cherish their rank, against pugs with 4 or less players, and call it their precious. They will become concerned that losing such a precious thing will kill them.
6. Players still want to play the game even when their group mates aren’t on…but they can’t have their precious ruined.
7. Players will buy a 2nd and 3rd account to protect the precious.
8. Anet profits.

came from 4vs5 when we waited for fifth member and didnt get it and tour started(game thing4vs5 is fine) and im still interest if 4vs5(sometimes happen to me its after 1min when some1 leave-no we didnt losing 50-0) count loss for those 4 ppl if yes its really stupid, its like dont play solo or less then 5-ppl teams, if some1 tell me its not often, +- 30% of my games are 4vs5(some1 from my team leaved) or 5vs4(some1 from enemy team leaved)
They said it is a lesser priority for them the top being custom arenas. I don;t know why they didn’t implement a deserter debuff like they had in gw1 whatever happened to taking everything players like about gw1
Forget debuff, just give us /resign and end the pain quickly to move onto the next match.
Just logged out after finding myself in a 5v2.
I did like 30 soloQ in 2 days.
Half of them were 4v5, 3/4 of the remaining half were against premades, and the last 1/4 left was with R1s, I think I had only 1 good, balanced game.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

I know that there are people that do this.
I also suspect that there are trolls synching a solo kitten (“que – er” is auto-corrected lol)to their team que and coordinating for them to leave when they wind up playing against eachother. In multiple instances you see the same name leaving a match shortly after the start. It is perhaps the most ridiculous, blatant abuse of a ladder system that I have ever seen. I bet it doesn’t happen much during peak hours, but I have noticed it during off peak (must just be easier to synch ques).
If it’s not 5v4s it’s usually 3 mace warriors and a power necro on your team vs a bunch of bunkers. Why would you not log out in this instance?
God solo q is terrible.
The tournament match should not start unless every player voluntarily enters the round: Currently, if you’re AFK you get forced into the tournament round when the timer runs out. This is the #1 reason why we get so many 4v5s. If a player on a randomly grouped team doesn’t click the join button, the team should be re-entered into queue without them rather than starting the round. Easy fix! Just do it Anet.
It’s horrible, I’m barely doing tPvP now because my two friends haven’t been able to play and solo is too much of a pain. Even with just three os us it can still be a pain, but as the majority we can work somewhat better.
What @Kharr is saying is a necessity, the last day I did tournies I got into a team where we only were four from the start, funny enough we almost won, but it was really bothersome to know we would of won if it was 5v5.

Why the hell is someone AFK and in the queue for tPvP? That’s just rude and disrespectful to other players.
This is something that could be handled differently if they eventually separate solo queue and team queue. A group of all randoms could be re-queued until everyone accepts the match. In pre-made groups you would need to be concerned about queue dodging to avoid certain teams.

Been playing spvp all evening. Had a few 5v4s in a row now. Getting ridiculous.
It’s either 5v4 or a bunch of dps guardians and healing shout warriors vs 2 bunker guards and 3 dps. Whichever side I end up on, it ruins the fun. WTB fair games.
