1) Every class needs a nerf
2) Every class needs a buff

I agree with both those statements. What’s your point?

Currently, there is so much power creep that (nearly) all elite specs need nerf. Warrior may be the exception (yes daredevil needs a few nerfs too).

Then, all classes have a lot of untapped build diversity potential, and thus need buffs and often full rework of their least-used toolkits. For example:

• damage build for elementalist?
• support/bunker or roaming build for necromancers?
• bruiser build for mesmers?
• support/bunker or bruiser build for thief?
• support/bunker build for revenant?

Many of those builds can be made, but are somewhat weak or sometimes completely trash.

It was an observation. Calm down kiddo. I main a Warrior, take pity on me and preach at someone else. I know ALL about weak builds.

You nailed it, people here with their “suggestions” would actually make the game even worse although there are really great ones, but that happens only once after 100 posts of crying.

This is what I’m observing as well

I make balance spreadsheets

from what I see, no one wants nerfs and everyone wants buffs.

I suggest a few nerfs and people cry murder.

It’s impossible to seek balance here.

Balance is subjective from the player’s perspective:

• If X class beat MY class then nerf X class.

That’s pretty much the majority of what I see in the forums.
