I would love for the “Block” feature to just make it so I don’t end up in games with those people. Or maybe some new feature that lets us avoid being matched up with people on your “Avoid” or w/e list.
This game suffers from a horrible imbalance in pvp, its frustrating enough with just that, and dealing with toxic players who go out of their way to be toxic is honestly worse after a certain point. I’ve blocked more than my fair share of these toxic players but I still get them in my games and its annoying that I cant do anything about it. Its just another negative mark for this games PvP that really needs some positive notes.

Note: I block people who are toxic in general, not just against me. I dont deal with people who rage at people over a video game.

A lot of the rage would go away if Anet fixed its matchmaking system to not match high mmr vs low mmr.

Games being constantly decided by a 200+ margin is definitely contributing to the problem.

I don’t blame anyone for raging right now. Matchmaking and 4v5 has become the most frustrating thing I have ever come across in my 12+ years experience in competitive gaming.

I am shocked that this wasn’t fixed much faster. It has made nearly all my friends leave the game.

Edit: People who rage before the game even starts need a slap though.
